Z is for Zebra Finch G'day mate, I'm a Zebra Finch and I can be found in 75% of mainland Australia. But some of my close relatives have moved to East Timor and Indonesia. You can usually find me in grassy woodlands or shrubs, close to farmland. As I'm particularly fond of grass seed, ants and termites, which I like to nibble with my impressive orange beak. Gulp.
